Today I thought I would share with you one of my family’s all-time favorites. Now growing up we were a meat and potato family, we never had anything with cottage cheese, so I thought I would hate it. I lived in Florida for a year and one night my father in law cooked this up for us. I didn’t want to be rude so I had to eat it. I was so surprised that I loved it, and told him I needed the recipe. I’ve been making it ever since. Now he did tell me one secret to make it taste amazing, which was to add a little bit of the bacon grease and I’ve tried it without the grease, it definitely doesn’t taste as delicious. I really hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
